Created For Greater Health Systems offers comprehensive services that all work together to treat you as a whole. The services offered at Created For Greater are Outpatient Mental Health Services (OMHC), a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), ASAM Level 1.0 Outpatient Substance Use Treatment and a Clinically Managed Intensity Residential 3.1 Program. Created For Greater utilizes a person-centered approach. This means that in ALL we do, YOU are in the center.
